Our client, aerospace manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a team-first mindset, and a willingness to learn new skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Boise, Idaho
Pay Range: $18 - $24 DOE
What's the Job?- Operate and support precision manufacturing equipment used to produce aerospace components
- Perform basic equipment setup, material handling, and monitoring of production runs
- Complete in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform assembly and finishing tasks per work instructions and production needs
- Accurately complete production documentation and maintain an organized work area
- Assembly or manufacturing experience (1–3 years preferred)
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Comfort working in a structured manufacturing environment around industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and consistent focus on quality
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints
- Work that directly supports aviation safety and real-world missions
- A small team where your voice is heard and your work matters
