Job SummaryLead the Photo/CMP/Wet Process – Area Manufacturing Engineering team, mitigating capacity risks and supporting operational commitments. Drive safety culture, develop high‑performing teams, and keep development on schedule with program timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities- Lead and coach team members toward their highest potential.
- Identify and address systemic issues impacting equipment manufacturing availability, tool utilization, and cycle time.
- Drive a culture of safety by modeling safe behaviors, completing safety training, and conducting audits.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to build metrics, set performance targets, and communicate goals.
- Innovate by researching, crafting, and deploying new operational management techniques and tools.
- Coordinate Fab‑wide long‑term business processes and ensure alignment with tactical and strategic operational plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of front‑end semiconductor manufacturing experience with demonstrated people‑leadership and cross‑functional team leadership.
- Proven ability to establish immediate and future goals and guide teams to achieve business outcomes.
- Advanced knowledge of Fab MES, capacity planning, floor scheduling, line management systems, and automation; experience using Tableau, Python, and AI tools.
- Strong conflict management, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
- Experience as an industrial engineering or capacity‑management manufacturing leader.
- Photo, CMP and wet process capacity management experience.
- Demonstrated skill in mentoring and coaching team members.
- Proven capability diagnosing issues, resolving underlying causes, and communicating clearly with collaboration and group‑building abilities.
- Experience defining and implementing training and development initiatives.
