The ideal candidate will perform chip seal operations safely using roller equipment, communicate effectively with others, and maintain strong working relationships. Applicants should have at least one year of experience operating roller equipment, knowledge of chip seal operations, and a high school diploma or GED.
The role also requires the ability to work varied shifts and in all weather conditions. Great benefits available after 60 days.
