Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced metal fabricator with strong expertise in stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. This individual will also assist in our ferrous metal shop as needed to support production demands. Due to significant growth and a strong project pipeline, we are expanding our team to meet production timelines and maintain our commitment to quality and turnaround.
Responsibilities- Fabricate stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous components
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Perform cutting, fitting, welding, grinding, and finishing
- Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines
- Assist in ferrous metal fabrication projects as required
- Collaborate with shop supervisors and team members to improve workflow
- 3+ years' experience in metal fabrication
- Strong experience with stainless steel and aluminum
- MIG/TIG welding experience (TIG preferred for stainless/aluminum)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced shop environment
