Summary

The Product Development Coordinator supports active product development work by ensuring projects move forward efficiently, samples and testing cycles are well coordinated, and documentation is accurate and complete through handoff to production. This is an execution-focused role designed to improve consistency, follow-through, and visibility across development-stage work. The role partners closely with Product and Operations to keep initiatives on track, surface risks early, and support a smooth transition from development to production.

Responsibilities
  • Track and advance active product development work streams, ensuring progress against timelines and priorities
  • Follow up on open items and proactively surface risks or blockers
  • Coordinate sample requests, feedback cycles, development testing, and issue tracking through resolution
  • Maintain accurate and organized product documentation, including specifications and development records
  • Support preparation of handoff materials to enable production readiness
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and follow-through
  • Manage multiple concurrent work streams with strong attention to detail and organization
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in product development, product coordination, or a similar execution-focused role
  • Experience working with physical products, including samples, specifications, and development workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and elevate issues appropriately
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Proficiency with common tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and project tracking systems (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, testing, or DFM is a plus
