Valmont Industries in Idaho is seeking a lead position to work with the Production Supervisor to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics in the shop. The role includes 3rd shift scheduling (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with total hourly pay of $32.18 including shift differential and lead pay.
The successful candidate will develop schedules, optimize manpower, coordinate with departments, coach on safety, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
