Overview
An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire multiple BIMQA/QC Field Engineers for a hyper-scale advanced manufacturing project in Boise, person will be responsible for working in the field to validate trades/subcontractor installs to match design models.
Responsibilities- Use Navisworks to fly and manipulate models and review progress against design intent.
- Use Procore to review model versions and track revisions to completion.
- Confirm install locations and scan materials to verify field installations.
- Collaborate with Construction Managers and Superintendents to update models or installations to meet LOD
500 specifications as needed.
This is a yearlong contract opportunity with possible extensions. Pay ranges from $50/hr to $65/hr, with exact compensation varying based on education and experience.
Qualifications- High School diploma or GED;
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred. - 2+ years of QA/QC field experience in the construction, architecture, engineering, or AEC industries.
- Experience using Procore or similar software to review model versions.
- Experience using Navisworks or similar software to fly models.
- Experience coordinating with project partners to adjust models and confirm installations on large-scale projects.
- Experience on advanced manufacturing projects such as semiconductor fabs, data centers, etc.
