Darigold is seeking to fill a UP Milk Cooler Production Worker position at its Boise bulk milk processing facility. The role requires a motivated team member who works safely and drives quality on the production line in a fast‑paced, rigorous environment.

Sunday–Tuesday: 6:00 am – 6:30 pm

Wednesday: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm

• Palletizing milk product; hand stacking or line pull as required
• Printing and validating batch packets, operating scan gun, and ensuring accurate data and documentation
• Working in close collaboration with the filler operator
• Cross‑training with the supervisor and filler operator on UP filler processes and operations
• Tracking inventory of packaged product, packaging materials, and pallets needed
• Pulling packaging materials for use
• Safely using palletizer and shrink‑wrap machine
• Operating a forklift or powered pallet jack to load product for transfer to Market Street Warehouse
• Performing CIP sanitation of the cooler area, maintaining organization, and cleaning and preventive maintenance in compliance with good manufacturing and warehouse practices
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 55 pounds frequently, between floor level and chest level
• Ability to push/pull stacks of product into position for handling
• Ability to continuously stand, walk, flex, stretch, twist and move throughout the area for 8 to 12 hours
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to organize and analyze process problems
• Ability to train others in inventory and labeling processes
• Basic arithmetic skills; ability to read, understand instructions, and write legibly
• Ability to monitor and inspect inventory and reconcile receipt/distribution of product
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes
