What's the Job?- Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Operate equipment and tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Identify defective parts or assembly errors through visual inspection and initial testing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Computer familiarity and the ability to self-start and follow directions.
