• Identify defective parts or assembly errors through visual inspection and initial testing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
