Recondition Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)

The Recondition Technician Job functions will include day to day support of the decontamination and cleaning of subassemblies and general repair/reconditioning of parts/equipment for redistribution in production channels.

• Maintain production gear and equipment

• Clean and recondition parts/equipment and engage duties to prevent cross contamination

• Prep parts prior to returning to production channels

• Visually inspect all product entering coating system to ensure product is properly prepped

• Visually inspect all reconditioned/repaired machinery, parts and equipment for quality assurance per standards provided by company

• General repair/reconditioning, cleaning and maintenance of parts/gear/equipment as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Basic math and measurement skills required

• Able to use hand and power tools as needed

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs. by oneself and 50 lbs with a 2 man lift

• Able to walk and stand most of the shift

• Able to fully reach with hands and arms; stoop, twist, kneel, and crouch

• Specific vision capabilities to include close-up, distance, color recognition, peripheral vision and able to adjust focus and have depth perception

• Highly preferred: prior automotive equipment repair/maintenance experience

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
