The AERO Specialties Parts Puller is responsible for pulling parts for assembly and shipping. This position ensures the accuracy and quality of the parts pulled, safe movement around the warehouse/yard, and completion of the associated paperwork/systemic transactions.
Responsibilities- Pull parts for work orders according to dispatch/pull lists
- Safely and accurately pulling parts, moving between production areas, buildings and yard
- Locate parts using an ERP system (LN)
- Operate a forklift
- Complete paperwork associated with parts
- Communicate effectively with shipping, assembly, and production
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to perform a variety of tasks over the course of the day, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling as needed
- Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Be able to operate a forklift and complete our internal forklift training program
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Previous parts, and/or aviation experience is a plus
- Ability to regularly work 40 hours per week
