Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for North America. The role leads ITM deployment across end-to-end product lines, focusing on process improvement, maturity of ITM System, and KPI-driven performance improvements across multiple factories.
The candidate will partner with product line leaders and factory managers, driving best practices and standardized lean methods such as 5S, daily management, and Kaizen. Travel is required up to 50% within NAM facilities.
