Manufacturing Manager
Responsible for the general operation of the manufacturing area in terms of production, quality, delivery, technical aspects, safety, training, whilst respecting and achieving the defined goals of the company. Responsible for the day-to-day management of people within production, to ensure company’s targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate leadership with outstanding, interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
- Motivate the team to create a high-performance culture where constant improvement suggestions are embraced
- Consistently promote high standards by example so that each member of the team understands the goals, standards and behaviors expected of them
- Know how to operate Fanuc Robodrills, Nakamura Tome WT100/WT250 lathes, Citizen Swiss machines and OKK PCV
40 vertical among others.
