Job Title

ResponsibilitiesProcess plates through the printability and repair workstations efficiently and with high quality.
Maintain printability, repair, and defect SEM certifications.
Monitor tool health and respond to trends and out-of-spec tool and process conditions.
Utilize AI agents and methods to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with the sustaining team to assess, process, and deliver reticles meeting customer specifications and timely delivery targets.
Train and mentor repair and printability technicians on approved workflows and area skills.
Drive area-level continuous improvement through specification updates, validation testing, and cross-functional collaboration with MTC teams.
Minimum QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting background and hands-on working experience with reticle manufacturing tools.
Ability and desire to learn all aspects of the photomask manufacturing process, with emphasis on repair and printability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, having strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
Preferred QualificationsMinimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor or reticle fab.
Experience in printability and/or repair area preferred.
Willingness to support all reticle manufacturing processes from running tools to reviewing results.
Ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
Willingness to work any shift, with 12-hour shifts rotating between dayshift and night shift every 4 months.
