We're looking for a Sr. Manager of RDA and Metrology Operations who loves the rhythm of the production floor and excels at bringing order, speed, and clarity to complex workflows.
This role is essential to keeping our fab running smoothly—ensuring data integrity, protecting yield, and enabling rapid, reliable movement of material. You'll lead a multi-shift team, influence key production decisions, and partner across the fab to keep advanced technology development on track.
Responsibilities:
- Direct wafer movement through inspection and metrology to meet daily OOS and move targets
- Reduce wait-time bottlenecks by monitoring and managing queue times and WFD
- Lead disposition decisions, excursion containment, and MRB activities
- Partner with Equipment Engineering on PM scheduling and throughput improvements
- Lead and develop a multi-shift team to ensure consistent, high-quality operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Engineering
- 8+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience
- 5+ years leadership experience across engineers and technicians
- Strong knowledge of RDA and metrology operations
- Proven ability to lead complex lot disposition and excursion responses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience optimizing OEE and metrology throughput
- Background working with high-volume 24/7 operations
- Demonstrated success leading multi-shift technical teams
