6:00 am – 1:30 pm Shift: Monday – Friday (possible Saturdays)

We are Hiring! We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Pallet Repair / Pallet Builder to join our production team in the Boise area. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

Job Duty:
Repair and restore damaged pallets to service-ready condition using approved tools and methods. Safely operate hand and power tools, including nail guns, saws, hammers, wire brushes, and pneumatic equipment. Inspect repaired pallets to ensure quality standards are met. Work independently while following safety and production requirements. Communicate with supervisors and management as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Stack pallets and materials properly and ensure loads are secure for movement or shipment.

Requirement:
Previous experience in Construction, Carpentry, Roofing, Lumber Operations, and Welding. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
