, you’ll be part of an inspired team of marketing writers, artists, strategists and digital natives who develop innovative, integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
We’re seeking a Media Operations Coordinator to join our media team and play a critical role in keeping campaigns, billing and reporting running smoothly. This role splits time between supporting media billing and accounts payable processes and assisting with the execution, launch, monitoring and reporting of paid media campaigns across multiple channels and client accounts.
As a Media Operations Coordinator, you’ll support the media team by owning key operational and executional responsibilities across billing, campaign launches and reporting. This role is ideal for someone early in their media or marketing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn both the operational and execution sides of modern media buying in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities- Support media accounts payable (AP) within the accounting system, including inputting and matching invoices, managing orders and reconciling vendor billing
- Ensure billing and invoicing accuracy by reviewing invoices against media plans, budgets and delivery and support budget tracking across all media channels
- Execute in-platform digital builds as well as traditional and broadcast media buying and trafficking
- Monitor ongoing campaign performance, pacing and optimization to ensure campaigns are delivering as planned
- Produce media reporting and basic campaign tracking, including pulling data, maintaining dashboards and building reports
- Conduct basic research such as audience insights, market analyses, competitive research and platform best practices to support media planning
- Collaborate with media buyers, strategists and account teams to support campaign goals, timelines and deliverables
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, specs, assets, billing and performance documentation
- Stay current on digital media trends, the media landscape, platform updates and emerging advertising opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, media operations, billing or a related internship or entry-level role
- Basic experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Linked In or similar
- Basic understanding of web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong skills in spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms and media strategies
