Job Description As the first dedicated marketing hire at Bio Tara SA, you will build and own the entire marketing function from the ground up. You’ll lead B2B campaigns, PR, and industry events to position sustainable rainforest actives for global beauty brands, directly advancing forest conservation through economic value creation in a mission-driven environment.

What You Will Do

• Plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns, including digital content, social media, and technical newsletters targeting product developers and formulators.
• Manage global PR and media relations, securing features in industry publications and positioning Bio Tara SA as a thought leader in natural ingredients.
• Coordinate logistics and promotional strategy for major industry events like in-cosmetics Global and Cosmoprof, managing everything from booth design to lead follow-up.

The ideal candidate

• Holds 3-5 years of experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry with a deep understanding of the B2B ingredient landscape.
• Demonstrates a proven ability to work autonomously in a startup environment, managing complex projects like website updates and industry award submissions independently.
• Possesses exceptional English communication skills and technical storytelling ability to translate scientific botanical benefits into compelling marketing narratives for a technical audience.
