Head of Brand & Channels (You Tube-first)
Base pay range: $80,000 / yr – $110,000 / yr
Role Mission: Build and own a You Tube-first content engine that reliably converts views into qualified email subscribers and ultimately into revenue. Your success is measured by: “Are we growing qualified email subscribers, You Tube views/subs, and downstream pipeline every month—profitably?”
We are NOT looking for a social media manager. We need a channel owner—someone who has actually grown a You Tube ecosystem to meaningful scale and knows how to tie content performance to business outcomes.
