Business Management Trainee | Entry-Level

We're hiring a Business Management Trainee
for our entry-level leadership development program. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated professionals
who want to develop business, management, leadership, and team-building skills.

You’ll receive hands‑on training while supporting business operations, community outreach, and team development.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in business management and leadership training
• Support community outreach events, logistics, and staffing
• Build relationships with retail partners and local venues
• Assist with interviews, hiring, and new‑hire onboarding
• Train and mentor entry‑level team members
• Monitor campaign performance and basic business metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve team and campaign performance
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally and authentically
• Support day‑to‑day team and business operations

Experience in management is not required. We provide training.
