Marketing Assistant

Episciences, Inc., has enjoyed fast-paced growth in a very competitive market and is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team.

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting all aspects of marketing efforts for the Epionce skincare brand, including maintenance of marketing and educational collateral for multiple audiences (B2B and D2C) as advised by the Director of Marketing. The Marketing Assistant, a member of the Marketing Team, will also be engaged in project brainstorming with other members of the Marketing Team and/or other internal stakeholders.

• Ability to consistently embrace Epionce brand guidelines while supporting the execution of marketing collateral across all digital and print platforms
• Provide general administrative and project assistance to the marketing department, including updating, creating and organizing files, templates and presentations
• Editing and proofreading both marketing and technical documents
• Complete projects and tasks with accuracy and high attention to detail
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines, ability to prioritize tasks and complete work within specified deadlines; demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Undertake challenges with a critical approach and present effective solutions

• Bachelor’s degree, or degree seeking, in marketing, communications or graphic design preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working in a marketing or creative environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint or similar, required
• Working knowledge of digital technology platforms for website and email preferred
• Working knowledge of graphic design programs, including but not limited to the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, preferred

Salary range: $15.00 – $17.00 hourly
