Management Trainee – Entry Level

Our growing promotional marketing team is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position. This is a hands‑on opportunity for individuals interested in marketing, sales, customer service, leadership, and business development

No previous management experience is required. New team members receive paid training, hands‑on coaching, and mentorship while developing the skills needed to succeed in a fast‑paced business environment.

As a Management Trainee, you'll learn the fundamentals of marketing, sales, customer service, and team leadership while supporting promotional campaigns and customer‑focused initiatives.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns
• Represent brands at events, retail locations, and community promotions
• Interact directly with customers and provide product and service information
• Support sales and customer acquisition initiatives
• Build professional relationships with customers and clients
• Assist with promotional events and experiential marketing programs
• Learn customer service and sales strategies
• Support campaign implementation and daily business operations
• Work with team members and Brand Ambassadors
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Develop communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Experience is not required. Training is provided.

New Management Trainees receive hands‑on training and mentorship in:
