Brick is hiring a Growth Content Producer to turn customer insight into ad creative that drives performance in Paid Media. You will own full-stack production—from concept and scripting to shoot, edit, and iteration—and produce 10+ short-form videos weekly for Meta, Tik Tok, Reels, and You Tube Shorts.
This is a remote, full-time role with a base salary of $90,000–$110,000, with a preference for candidates in New York City or Chicago; you’ll report to the Head of Growth Creative and collaborate
