The Opportunity:Reporting directly to the VP, PDAC Marketing, the marketing leader will lead global collaboration to ensure aligned enterprise Revolution Medicine’s PDAC marketing plans for the company’s lead RAS programs in preparation for anticipated launches.
You will work within the US Region team to define global marketing strategy and support Region needs to tactically deliver critical marketing activities on the Commercial roadmap. You’ll collaborate with cross functional teams to provide a US Region marketing perspective on PDAC clinical, medical affairs. You will support expanding marketing and PDAC franchise needs. This position is based out of our headquarters in Redwood City, CA.
- Operate as ambassador of the company, establishing organization as trusted member of the healthcare community to all relevant stakeholders (Patients, HCPs, Payers, Policy makers, Industry peers).
- Lead US Partnership with Global on 3 year Brand Planning for PDAC Portfolio.
- Lead US planning with Global teams the shaping the strategic marketing plans and shared launch readiness initiatives based on deep customer insight; branding, positioning, messages, story flow.
- Partner with the field-based Customer Marketing Team with focus on Regional Insights, and understand the needs of the top institutions, key opinion leaders, the competitor landscape, and educational programming.
- Partner with global to shape enterprise thinking on strategic partnerships and execution plan with key business partners (diagnostic companies, EMR partners and advocacy groups).
- Shape the international Omnichannel promotional and disease education tactics (including print and digital promotions, peer-to-peer programming, and key customer marketing initiatives) that establish value with our customers.
- Ensure successful global partner agency and vendor relationships and workflow to support US needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand complex markets, disease states, competitive landscapes, and relevant market and managed care dynamics.
- Establish a strong relationship with medical affairs, and global team to ensure optimal execution; partner with Sales Training to develop a comprehensive and effective training plan.
- Participate in cross-functional US and global teams as marketing lead to gather input for functional activities, and ensure alignment with marketing messaging, e.g., with clinical development, medical affairs, and investor relations.
- Ensure strategic and tactical plans meet compliance and regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Deliver marketing operating expenses within budget.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) with at least 12-15 years of progressive commercial experience in a biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical company including global strategic marketing and ideally sales.
