Junior Advertising Creative Developer

Role overview

This junior role blends creative design with hands-on development for an ad-tech team focused on post-transaction commerce. The position centers on designing and building advertising assets, customizing ad formats, and iterating at scale, often with AI-assisted tooling, for placements that reach large mobile audiences.

• Partner with the product team to design and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Produce advertising creative assets, including visuals and interactive formats
• Customize ad templates and formats for different surfaces and audiences
• Write copy and messaging that supports campaign goals and brand tone
• Run high-volume design iterations, leveraging AI tools alongside personal craft
• Maintain and improve web development standards across deliverables

• At least 2 years of experience in creative or graphic design
• Proficiency in Photoshop for basic image editing and Figma for design work
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, positive working style
• Strong work ethic with the flexibility to deliver high-quality work on deadlines and with minimal supervision
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple project requirements

• Background or experience in advertising or marketing project builds
• Previous content writing experience
• Graphic arts academic training and a portfolio of relevant work
• Familiarity with American pop culture and market trends
• Mobile experience or knowledge of the mobile advertising landscape
