We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across our business.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the CTO, Executive Leadership Team, Sector Leaders, and Regional Stakeholders, this role will play an important part in supporting business growth and strengthening our market presence.
This is a hands-on role for a proactive marketing professional who can translate business priorities into practical marketing initiatives, campaigns, content, events, and sales enablement activities. The role supports the company's service offerings across Buildings, Energy and Power Infrastructure, and Air Quality and Environmental Services.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will help define target audiences, refine service positioning, develop compelling value propositions, and deliver coordinated go-to-market programs. You will also coordinate a small marketing team and manage external agencies and specialist suppliers as required.
The Marketing Manager will contribute to brand development, lead generation, digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement initiatives that support business development objectives and market growth.
About YouThe ideal candidate will bring:
7+ years' marketing experience, ideally in B2B professional services, consulting, engineering, infrastructure, environmental, or related sectors.
Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, branding, and lead generation.
Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and support commercial growth objectives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and marketing projects.
People leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
B2C marketing experience will be viewed favourably for the additional perspective it brings to customer engagement, audience segmentation, digital marketing, and brand development.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Flexibility to participate in meetings outside standard local business hours and work across multiple time zones is required.
Success in this role requires a commercially minded and collaborative marketing professional who is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You will be a strong communicator, capable of translating complex technical services into clear customer value, while building productive relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
