As a Marketing Project Manager at UTTR
, you’ll play a key role within our internal marketing team, taking ownership of projects from planning through delivery. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and priorities, and ensuring that every deliverable meets the right standards.

We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of project management experience
, ideally within a marketing, creative, or digital agency environment. You’re organized and proactive, but also comfortable getting into the details — reviewing copy and creative, asking the right questions, identifying risks before they become issues, and making sure projects ultimately get across the finish line.

Responsibilities

Own and manage internal marketing projects from initial briefing through final delivery, primarily using Click Up.

Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, task dependencies, and priorities.

Translate marketing objectives into clear project plans, briefs, deliverables, and actionable tasks.

Assign work to team members and provide clear, detailed briefs and expectations.

Coordinate with marketing, creative, leadership, and other cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward.

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

Monitor project progress, timelines, workloads, and dependencies, escalating issues when necessary.

Review deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Review and provide constructive feedback on copywriting, creative assets, and marketing campaigns, using sound marketing judgment to identify what is working and what needs improvement.

Occasionally write, edit, or refine copy to improve clarity, consistency, and alignment with UTTR’s brand voice.

Coordinate stakeholder reviews and secure final approvals before deliverables are published or released.

Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Maintain organized project documentation, workflows, and processes within Click Up.

Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and next steps clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Balance multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes, workflows, and team efficiency.

Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in project management
, preferably within a marketing, creative, digital agency, or similar fast-paced environment.

Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously from planning through execution.

Strong understanding of marketing workflows and familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices.

Proficiency with project management tools;
Click Up experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, and competing deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to confidently coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
