As the Marketing Manager, Fashion, Home+Interiors, you will join Pantone’s growing Marketing Team and play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, adoption, and growth across our Fashion, Home+Interiors business. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Creative, the Pantone Color Institute™, and regional teams, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that protect and grow Pantone’s established physical standards business while building demand for digital solutions, color intelligence, paid partnerships, consulting services, workflow integrations, and other emerging offerings relevant to the Fashion, Home+Interiors customer ecosystem.

This position will be remote in the United States, and will require travel up to 25% of the time.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
  • Partner with Product Management to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing products, services, and solutions across Fashion, Home+Interiors.
  • Own integrated marketing plans that support the performance of Pantone’s core portfolio while driving awareness, adoption, and growth of new and evolving offerings.
  • Develop customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaigns that clearly communicate Pantone’s value and differentiation across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Partner with the Pantone Color Institute™ to bring relevant trend insights, publications, educational content, and consulting services to market through programs that build awareness, engagement, and qualified demand.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, cultural shifts, competitive activity, and evolving industry workflows into relevant marketing strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, e‑commerce, Product, and regional teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns, customer communications, sales enablement, and market‑specific programs across global markets.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen Pantone’s engagement with priority customer segments, industry communities, and partners, working with the Global Director of Marketing on broader strategic partnerships and major brand initiatives.
  • Represent Pantone at relevant industry events, customer meetings, trade shows, and activations to strengthen customer relationships, market understanding, and Pantone’s presence within the Fashion, Home+Interiors ecosystem.
  • Establish and monitor marketing and portfolio KPIs, using customer and performance insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business impact while ensuring activities reinforce Pantone’s position as the global authority on color and align with overall brand direction.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, fashion merchandising, design, interior design, textile design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5–8 years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience…
