Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As a Grader in one of our Distribution Centers, you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by sorting donated items and sending quality goods to our stores for sale. The profits fund our Programs and Services and help make them accessible to all youth in Idaho.

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have an eye for detail and quality

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors
• Sort donated goods into a variety of categories
• Work to meet production goals
• Have a safety mindset

This position will have a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
