Responsibilities
Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic RN Program Manager who will assume responsibility for facility operations during the assigned shifts. The RN Program Manager will supervise nursing and clinical staff, ensure that patient care is provided accurately and timely, and oversee patient care for patients ranging in age from 12 through geriatrics.
Shift: Full‑time days Monday through Friday (either 4 10‑hour days or 5 8‑hour days).
Intermountain Hospital, located in Boise, has been providing quality psychiatric and chemical dependency services to Idaho’s Treasure Valley and the western U.S. since 1980. The 151‑bed facility is located on 10 beautiful acres near the foothills of the Sawtooth Mountains. The mission is to provide safe, effective, and compassionate mental health and substance use treatment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of RN nursing experience.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification. Thorough knowledge of JCAHO/HCFA, OSHA, state and federal regulatory requirements preferred. STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE leadership expectations include ensuring continuity of care, implementing program policies, and complying with all regulatory standards.
