Description: Saint Alphonsus Health System, Idaho's only hospital system recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Large Employers for 2025, is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) team at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise, Idaho
.

This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift

Location: Regional Medical Center, Boise, Idaho

Schedule: Night shift or a rotating schedule, available in 2-week or 6-week rotations.

• Work in a 10-bed Cardiovascular ICU offering advanced technology and a highly skilled team, specializing in major cardiac surgeries and complex cardiovascular conditions.
• Care for patients recovering from intricate cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), heart valve surgery, and aortic surgery.
• Deliver specialized care with expertise, compassion, and a patient-centered approach in a state-of-the-art ICU.
• Administer medications and perform essential procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education and support to enhance health and wellness.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions for patients.
• Contribute to a tight-knit team with strong leadership, a supportive environment, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
• BLS certification at hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
