Responsibilities
Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Admissions RN to assess potential patients for admission. The Admissions Department screens and assesses patients in settings ranging from triaging patients from hospitals, performing scheduled assessments, and crisis management of walk-in patients with acute mental health and/or substance use disorder. Admissions works closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinicians, and nursing staff to access the appropriate level of care required to stabilize the patient's emotional health.

Shift: Full-time day/evening shift 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday rotating.

QualificationsEducation: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Idaho. Must be trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction (we provide) and CPR.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the State of Idaho. Preferred experience in psychiatric setting.
Shift: Day/Evening
