Position Summary
Our mission-driven, non-profit health system is seeking an experienced RN Peer Review Coordinator with a strong Medical‑Surgical background to lead and coordinate the medical staff peer review process across the organization.
This role is responsible for fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous professional development through a fair, evidence‑based peer review framework. The RN Peer Review Coordinator partners closely with Nursing Leadership, Quality, Risk Management, and frontline staff to ensure professional practice standards are upheld and continuously improved.
Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. - Experience:
3 years’ experience (Med/Surg required) - Previous ICU or Surgery RN experience strongly preferred
- Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN Licensure in the State of Practice
