Travel Nurse RN Clinic Director Hospice
Connected Health Care is seeking a travel RN Clinic Director Hospice for a 13‑week contract in Boise, Idaho. The role offers up to $3,000 per week, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and direct the agency’s ongoing clinical functions.
- Establish and communicate the agency’s vision and mission to the team.
- Train, develop, and assign clinical staff to provide top‑quality patient care.
- Provide guidance and oversight for clinical quality management.
- Support the medical director with nursing and clinical responsibilities.
- Perform Q&A, assist with medications, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and continuing education.
- Conduct field work as needed and provide mentorship in the field.
- Serve on‑call as part of leadership coverage.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unencumbered Idaho license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospice and palliative medicine (Required).
- Minimum 2 years’ management or supervisory experience (Required).
- Hospice experience: 1‑3 years required; home health experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop clinical staff.
- Strong clinical skills for mentoring, training, and field support.
- Knowledge of business growth, financial management, and personnel development.
- Leadership qualities: ability to inspire, motivate, set expectations, and empower team members.
