ASAP About the Position A nationally accredited cancer care program in Iowa’s Quad Cities area is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join their collaborative team. This role provides care primarily at the Davenport location, with occasional coverage at Clinton and Silvis clinics. Position Highlights:
Minimum 3–5 years Oncology NP experience required (RN experience not counted) Team-based, patient- and family-centered care Work alongside a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical/non-clinical staff Outpatient and infusion-focused care with access to advanced treatments, radiation oncology, genetic testing, robotics-assisted surgeries, clinical trials, tumor boards, dieticians, and cancer navigators Collaborative environment with strong focus on leadership, wellness, and work-life balance Hospitalist support for inpatient care Travel required among Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis locations Requirements Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program – Required Board Certified Nurse Practitioner – Required Iowa and Illinois NP licenses (or willing to obtain) – Required DEA & CSR/CDS verification (must be obtained prior to start) – Required Minimum 3–5 years of Oncology NP experience (non-RN) – Required Willingness to travel among Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis clinics – Required Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and training (discussed at interview) $20,000 commencement bonus with a 5-year commitment Relocation assistance up to $10,000 (if applicable) Health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage 403(b) retirement plan with company match Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Generous paid time off: 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME, and 6 paid holidays CME allowance Malpractice coverage Permanent placement only (no Locums) Cannot accept visa candidates Clean malpractice history preferred
