An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room to join a healthcare team on a 13-week contract assignment. This role involves providing exceptional perioperative nursing care, ensuring patient safety and supporting surgical teams throughout procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room and equipment
• Monitor patients' condition before, during, and after surgery
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to calls as part of a rotating call schedule

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Current RN licensure with experience in Operating Room nursing
• Knowledge of perioperative care standards and infection control practices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• 8-hour day shifts
• Some call responsibilities required
