Position: RN – Float Pool (Clinical Support Unit) Locations:
Boise, Meridian, and Nampa (facilities within ~20 minutes of each other) Units Covered: ER, ICU, Med Surg, Tele, L&D/Postpartum, NICU. Nurses will only float within their specialty and will not float to lower acuity units. Patient Ratios: ER: 1:4 ICU: 1:1–2 Med Surg: 1:5 Tele: 1:4 Peds: 1:3 NICU: 1:4 Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of specialty experience Previous travel experience required BLS required for all ACLS required for ER, ICU, and Tele
Shifts:
Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Weekend rotation as needed No call requirement Additional Info:
Travelers receive unit assignment 1 hour before shift via app May float between units or facilities during the shift if needed 3 shifts orientation + meet & greet on Day 1 50-mile radius rule applies
