Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Geriatrics Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) – Geriatric Behavioral Health | Mobile / Community-Based Care

Senior Doc, part of Brigade Health & Affiliates, is hiring a mission-driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality geriatric psychiatry and behavioral health services in home, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings.

If you’re passionate about senior mental health, dementia care, integrated care models, and autonomous practice, this is an opportunity to build and manage your own panel while collaborating with primary care, palliative care, and neurology teams.

What We’re Looking For

Active PMHNP-BC license

Experience in geriatric psychiatry, SNF, ALF, home-based care, or community psychiatry

Strong diagnostic and medication management skills

Ability to practice independently while contributing to a team-based model

Leadership potential with interest in growing a successful patient panel
