Job Description & Requirements

e’s, our patients come from all walks of life and so do we! We strive to foster an environment that embraces our employees’ unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives to drive an exceptional, patient‑centered care. We’re hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit (Float Pool).

What You Can Expect

St. Luke’s Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit (Clinic Float Pool) is searching for an experienced RN who is looking to expand their skillset by supporting our clinics in the Treasure Valley area (Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell), with options to support our rural clinics. The Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit is a dynamic department that provides a high‑quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve.

This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible, and willing to support the mission of the organization. Ambulatory CSU float RNs maintain competencies for each specialty supported. Inter‑facility floating is expected (Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Caldwell, and Nampa).

This RN position will support a minimum of three skill sets including Urgent Care, Wound Care, and a third TBD by clinic need and RN interest.

Schedule

Day Shift. Four 9‑hour shifts per week. Occasional weekend shifts will be required for the Urgent Care skill set.

Once orientation concludes for the three skill sets, our Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit offers a 10% differential in addition to the base rate.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Nursing Degree
  • Experience:

At least 1 year of experience
  • Licenses/Certifications:

Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
Benefits

e’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission, and this includes our own team. We offer a robust benefits package to support our teams professionally and personally. In addition to a competitive salary and retirement plans, we ensure our team feels supported in their benefits beyond the typical medical, dental, and vision offerings. We care about you and offer financial and physical wellness options such as on‑site massages, counseling via our Employee Assistance Program, access to the Personify Health Wellness tool, and other formal training and career development offerings.
