Senior Doc, part of Brigade Health & Affiliates, is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide behavioral health care to older adults throughout the Boise Metro area.
This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry in a more personal and rewarding way—meeting patients where they live, developing meaningful relationships, and helping seniors navigate depression, anxiety, dementia‑related behaviors, and other complex mental health needs.

- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active Idaho NP license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in psychiatry, geriatrics, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or community‑based care preferred
- Passion for caring for older adults and supporting families through complex behavioral health challenges

Pay Range for Posted Region
$110,000 - $150,000 USD
