St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Perioperative Manager to lead our high‑performing Endoscopy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about advancing patient care, developing teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced procedural environment.
Unit OverviewThe Boise Endoscopy Department provides comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric patients across a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. As the Advanced Center for ERCP, EUS, and EBUS within the Treasure Valley, our program serves as a regional leader in specialized endoscopic care. In addition to advanced procedures, the department supports bronchoscopy, colonoscopy, and EGD services, managing urgent, emergent, and elective cases.
Our highly skilled nursing team delivers coordinated, patient‑centered care across the full continuum—including pre‑procedure, intra‑procedure, and post‑procedure phases.
- Education:
Bachelor of Nursing Degree/Diploma required – MSN highly preferred. - Experience:
5 years RN experience required. RN experience in Endoscopy, Pre‑Op or Post‑Op, or a combination of all areas is highly preferred. Highly prefer an RN or RN leader with a procedural background. - Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice required – ACLS and PALS highly preferred.
