Case Manager; ASN

Position Overview

The RN Case Manager collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload.

• Schedule:
  
  8‑hour shifts with minimal weekend requirements.
• Benefits:
  Full benefits with hospital contributions.
• Additional Pay:
  Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications and shift differentials.
• Bonuses:
  Sign‑on Bonus eligible and relocation assistance available (where applicable).

• Education:
  
  Associate’s in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing degree.
• Experience:
  
  2 years of RN experience.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Current RN license in Idaho.
