Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician‑led, accountable multispecialty group practice that invites a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join its International Clinic as part of the Center for Global Health & Healing (CGHH) program. The clinic focuses on the medical needs of families and individuals who have resettled as refugees in the Treasure Valley. It strives to provide respectful, trauma‑informed, culturally responsive and equitable care for all families.
The clinic serves a diverse group of patients from around the world and utilizes home visits, partnership with the Inf‑Maternal CARE Clinic, community interpreter services, and other agencies to reduce barriers to care. Staff work closely with interpreters, social workers, health advisors and resettlement agencies to increase continuity among these populations.
Facilities are located near Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in a recently remodeled building. Additional services at the site include OB‑GYN and Travel Medicine care.
Requirements- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho;
Board of Pharmacy and DEA. - A strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice that supports a growing multispecialty medical group. The candidate will obtain Idaho medical licensure to maintain and strengthen the health system’s general internal program across all communities served.
