Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical staff in the Boise area for a rotating evening shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm). The position includes a shift differential.
ResponsibilitiesYour role will involve monitoring and reporting changes in the patient’s condition, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state.
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
Job Requirements
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Knowingly and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
