Per Diem/PRN Registered Nurse (RN)
Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Per Diem/PRN Registered Nurse (RN).
Duties- Responsible for coordination of Start of Care, Re-certification, Discharge, and Resumption of care
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, monitoring patient vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures
- Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care for patients
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments

Pay: $50.00 per hour + mileage
