DescriptionWe are currently accepting applications to our Graduate Nurse Residencies for Fall/Winter 2026 Graduate Nurses. The application is open to students who are graduating now to December 2026. If you have already graduated, you can still apply and be added to our wait list for available positions for Spring/Summer graduates.

Specialty Residency positions are currently limited to internal colleagues, we encourage you to join one of our General Residency units to build a strong clinical foundation and pursue specialty opportunities after as little as one year.
General Residency Units- Behavioral Health
- Trauma General Surgery (Inpatient)
- Tele
- Ortho Joint Spine Trauma
- Ortho Med/Surg
- Medical Oncology
- Trauma Med/Surg
- Float Pool (Inpatient Clinical Support Unit)
Note that unit availability is subject to change based on hospital needs.

Your Nursing Future Starts Here ()
- Must have a Nursing Degree (ADN, BSN, MSN)
- Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in Oregon)
- Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire
- Active and unexpired Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network
- Additional certification may be required depending on the unit
