City of Hope seeks a compassionate RN Patient Navigator to guide new patients from intake through diagnostic studies and treatment planning. You will assess eligibility, coordinate care across oncology teams, and serve as liaison between patients, families, primary care physicians, and specialists in a fast-paced cancer care setting.
The role requires an accredited nursing degree, California RN license within 90 days, and BLS certification;
Oncology Certified Nurse is highly preferred.
