Compassionate RNs, LPNs & CNAs: Long-Term Care Team

Overview

Wise Staffing agency provides medical staffing to nursing home facilities. We are looking for talented nurses and nurse aides to grow our team.

• Nurses: assist physicians, perform select clinical tests, administer and document medications, prepare clinical and progress notes, observe, record, and report changes in patients' condition, and perform all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors. Other duties as assigned.
• Nurse aides: assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), report any changes in a resident's condition or incidents to the nursing supervisor, maintain confidentiality, answer residents' calls, and take appropriate action as needed.

• Relevant nursing licensure or certification as applicable
• Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to observe and report changes in patient conditions accurately
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
