Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Carthage Center, Carthage, NY

Incentive: $7,500 sign‑on bonus;
Daily Pay;
Low‑out-of-pocket Aetna health coverage.

Shift: 11:00 pm–7:00 am, Full‑Time (FT)

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Manage documentation of resident care services.
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health‑care teams.

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years of long‑term‑care experience required.
• Strong and positive team leader for all staff members.
• Familiar with EHR and prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
