We're looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) who enjoys educating patients, building relationships, and making a lasting impact on their health. As a PAP Clinician, you’ll play a critical role in helping patients successfully begin and maintain CPAP therapy.
Responsibilities- Educate patients on obstructive sleep apnea and PAP therapy.
- Set up CPAP, AutoPAP, BiPAP, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper mask fitting and patient comfort.
- Review physician orders and sleep study recommendations.
- Troubleshoot equipment and therapy-related concerns.
- Monitor patient compliance and provide follow-up coaching.
- Document patient interactions accurately within our electronic medical record.
- Communicate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral sources as needed.
- Assist patients with insurance, supplies, and replacement schedules.
- Maintain infection control standards and equipment quality.
- Participate in occasional on-call rotation.
- Required:
Current Idaho LPN or LVN license in good standing - Required:
Excellent communication and patient education skills - Required:
Strong organizational and computer skills - Required:
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team - Required:
Compassionate, positive attitude with exceptional customer service
- Experience with CPAP or sleep medicine
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Respiratory or pulmonary care experience
- Home health or patient education experience
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
